Butch is a Florida native and a family man who loves spending time with his wife and two children. His passions include cooking, with an emphasis on B.B.Q., butter, and pizza – not necessarily in that order. He is an avid athlete who loves football, weightlifting, and shooting. He’s a bit of a science-fiction nerd and loves a good laugh with family and friends. The quality of our children’s education is a huge priority he believes is worth fighting to improve. Butch serves as president of the Lehigh Elementary School Advisory Committee and has partnered with Lehigh Elementary to establish a Watch D.O.G.S. program. Dads Of Great Students is a program that encourages dads to be more active in their child’s education. In addition, he’s a founding member of the East Lee Education Cooperative and an invited Community Stakeholder for the Lee County School District Proximity Project. Recently, School Board member Gwyn Gittens asked Butch to serve on the newly created Audit Committee tasked with oversight of the School District.
Additionally, Butch serves as Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors for Lehigh Community Services (L.C.S.). L.C.S. is a non-profit organization with robust community outreach designed to help provide for those most in need within our community. Lastly, Butch collaborated with local business leader Katrina Salokar because together saw a pressing need for more support of local businesses. The product of this collaboration was the founding of the Southwest Florida Business Alliance, which Butch currently serves as president. The Alliance’s goal is to foster a cohesive and thriving business environment throughout our region.
Larisa is a native of Puerto Rico and moved to the United States back in 1994. She has worked in the insurance industry since 2007 and is fluent in Spanish. In her spare time, Larisa loves to cook, eat, dance, sing, and spend time with her three beautiful children, and her Beagle pups Mia and Pocho. She expresses the importance of her Christian faith and how it is her greatest source of strength. Recently, Larisa discovered a new passion for CrossFit. She bravely conquered a Savage Race last March and is now looking forward to earning her syndicated medal upon completion of the November race.
Stephanie hails from the central coast of California and moved to Florida with her husband and children in November of 1990. She’s worked in the insurance industry since January of 2001. Outside of work, family is her life. She and her husband have had the privilege of raising five incredible kids, and now get to enjoy the awesome blessing of grandchildren – which are the best! When they are not playing with the grandkids or doing family time with their crew, you can find them at home working on home improvement projects, watching classic movies on TCM, serving at church, on their bicycles, or kayaking with friends.
Mary is our in house “Cheesehead.” Born and raised in Wisconsin, she brings that Midwest enthusiasm in everything she does even though she has lived in Florida for over 20 years. She has been in the insurance and financial services industry for 25 plus years. Besides being a HUGE Green Bay Packer fan, she enjoys cooking, baking, traveling and playing Mexican Train (dominos) or Bunko with the girls! She is passionate about her faith, family, spending quality time with her friends and “paying it forward”! Mary currently is the Vice President of the American Business Women’s Association – Lehigh Acres Chapter, a member of the Board of Directors for Lehigh Community Services, a member of the Lehigh Acres General Woman’s Club, a past recipient of the Lehigh Acres Chamber of Commerce “Employee of the Year” and volunteers for many nonprofit organizations as well as local churches in her spare time.
Stephanie was born in Miami, so is one of those rare true Floridians. She’s the mom of two lovely children, enjoys cooking new recipes and exploring the area for new restaurants. Currently, her absolute favorite restaurant is The Rodizio Grill. Music plays a big part in her life, with personal favorites ranging from Bad Bunny and Jay Wheeler to Tim McGraw. She tends to be a bit quiet, but you’d better be on your toes because she’ll drop a hysterical comment on you when you least expect it. She just had her one-year anniversary at Goodlad & Swank. Stephanie just keeps getting better and better each day, and we’re excited to see all she’s capable of in the future.
These two guys are passionate about breakfast AND dinner. Unless you want to get into a conversation with them for the next two hours do not mention the word squirrel. We ask our clients not to feed them anything no matter what they tell you. These two are well fed, we promise.
